  • Product Details

Full bodied and deliciously fruity, with intense flavors of juicy, ripe strawberries and cherries, Veuve Clicquot’s rosé is a burst of red fruits, and the expression of Madame Clicquot’s ingenious and audacious spirit. Madame Clicquot created the first blended rosé champagne, adding red wine to white champagne, in 1818. In the centuries since, it has been perfected to become the naturally bold rosé it is today.

  • Blend and Origin

Veuve Clicquot Rosé Brut Non Vintage

Mixing the maison’s original Yellow Label Brut (50-55% pinot noir, 15-20% meunier and 28-33% chardonnay) with red wine from specially selected black grapes (12%) creates a blush-pink and well-balanced rosé. The blend includes 30-40% reserve wines that are as old as 20 years.

Food pairing:
A modern champagne deserves a contemporary menu

Appetizer

Veuve Clicquot Rosé works with rich, smoky dishes, executed simply. Start with oak-smoked salmon and pickled cucumber.

Entrée

The champagne’s intense fruit flavors and slight cookie-like finish will work well with peppery smoked duck breast.

Dessert

The lush and fruity flavors in this blend will stand up to red fruits such as strawberries, cherries and cranberries.
