Blend and Origin
Veuve Clicquot Rosé Brut Non Vintage
Mixing the maison’s original Yellow Label Brut (50-55% pinot noir, 15-20% meunier and 28-33% chardonnay) with red wine from specially selected black grapes (12%) creates a blush-pink and well-balanced rosé. The blend includes 30-40% reserve wines that are as old as 20 years.

Veuve Clicquot Rosé works with rich, smoky dishes, executed simply. Start with oak-smoked salmon and pickled cucumber.
The champagne’s intense fruit flavors and slight cookie-like finish will work well with peppery smoked duck breast.
