    Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec Non Vintage

Pinot noir (40-45%), meunier (30-35%) and chardonnay (20-25%) are blended from 30-45% reserve wines to ensure the maison’s signature style is maintained, with the demi-sec’s distinctive fruit flavors coming from meunier. The chef de cave determines the dosage – 45 grams per liter, creating the champagne’s sweetness – at the point of disgorgement whilst preserving its lively freshness.

Food pairing:
A sweeter champagne for rich dishes

Starter

This champagne is generous and stands up to the richness of foie gras.

Main

Once decanted, Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec takes on a much rounder feel in the mouth. Experiment by pairing it with a highly spiced lamb curry.

Dessert

Warm apple pie, crêpes Suzette and crème brûlée go particularly well with the sweetness of this champagne.
