Blend and Origin
Single Vineyard Los Aromos Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
On the southern bank of the Mendoza River, at an altitude of 3,215 feet, Los Aromos has produced cabernet sauvignon for 20 years. In 2013, moderate temperatures contributed to a long ripening period, while cool nights helped the resulting wine maintain an optimum acidity level and nurtured aromatic development. Aging was in French new oak barrels for 16 to 18 months.
