Los Castaños is located in a mountainous region of Mendoza, Argentina. Although cool, the region gets plenty of sunshine, and the resulting wines are expressive and fresh. Food pairing:
Rich, red meat is the perfect match

Entrée

Try a unique dish of seared veal flank with a raspberry and red wine reduction. The rich meat helps to balance the fine tannins in the wine, while the acidity of the fruit combines perfectly with the wine's fresh notes.
