Woodinville is proud of their methods – partnering with the Omlin Family Farm, in Quincy, WA., to be their sole provider of non-GMO Corn and Rye grain. Woodinville distills in a handmade copper pot and column still to create rich, smooth, and complex American Bourbon and Rye whiskies, with toasty, sweet and spicy flavors.
Orlin Sorenson and Brett Carlile have been life long friends with one common dream; to make the most respected ‘Grain to Bottle’ American Craft Whiskey. Mentored by an icon of the industry, they learned time-honored traditions and technological innovations. The result? Coveted, award-winning craft whiskies.
It is not just the local grain that makes Woodinville whiskies so special. 53 Gallon, American Oak barrels spend up to two years out in the open elements before maturation, and pure Cascade Mountain spring water is used during distillation.
