Blend and Origin
Smoke Tree Chardonnay 2016
Grapes for the 2016 chardonnay were mainly sourced from California’s windswept Carneros region and Sonoma Mountain, with a small percentage from Fountaingrove District vines. Fruits with bright, balanced flavors and a crisp, mineral character were fermented in stainless steel (70%) and neutral oak (30%) and aged for nine months, creating a wonderful balance.
