Master Spice Blender, Lior Lev Sercarz, is the owner of La Boîte, a spice blends shop in New York City. From the very beginning of his career, Lior has worked closely with chefs from around the world, developing custom blends born out of his passion for travel and food. His spices have been used by both experienced and novice cooks.

In 1764, Ruinart created the very first rosé champagne. This year, Ruinart Chef de Caves Frédéric Panaïotis, collaborated with Lior Lev Sercarz hand-in-hand to create a unique spice blend to match the exotic notes expressed in Ruinart Rosé.

The Ruinart ""1764"" spice features fruity and acidic notes of sumac combined with the light sweetness of licorice and hints of cubeb berries, adding grapefruit and pine notes for balance. Ruinart ""1764"" is a special finishing blend which pairs beautifully with Ruinart Rosé and its fresh and aromatic elements elevate dishes such as poultry, lamb, vegetables and fruits.
