    Powerful yet with a freshness and clarity imparted by meticulous grape selection and time in French oak, the Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 has exceptional potential for further aging.

    Newton Vineyard Unfiltered Cabernet 2015

    Like the estate’s French-style gardens, this wine is a combination of classic Bordeaux varietals. Cabernet sauvignon (92%), cabernet franc (3%), petit verdot (2%), malbec (2%) and merlot (1%) from Newton’s Spring Mountain, Mount Veeder and Yountville vineyards were vinified separately before being blended. Sixteen months in French oak (30% new) imparts complexity.
