Blend and Origin
Newton Vineyard Skyside Chardonnay 2017
For this vintage, Newton sourced 100% chardonnay grapes from across several different North Coast vineyards in the Sonoma, Suisun, Alexander, Redwood and Knights Valleys and in Mendocino, Chalk Hill and Los Carneros in Napa. Slow fermentation and aging for seven months in French oak (20% new) help to create a balance of freshness and richness.
