    The 69th vintage produced by Moët & Chandon, Grand Vintage 2003 is especially bold in that it is made primarily with meunier grapes. The result is a champagne that is ample and gorgeously smooth. A famously hot summer meant 2003 was a unique harvest year in Champagne. Full of ripe summer fruit flavors, Grand Vintage 2003 perfectly embodies this intensity.

    Moët Grand Vintage Blanc 2003

    Grand Vintage 2003 has an opulent character, comprising 43% meunier, 29% pinot noir and 28% chardonnay. The dominance of red grapes in this vintage gives it its fabulous generosity and luscious fruitiness. The spring in 2003 brought frosts, which were followed by a historically hot and dry summer, leading to the earliest harvest on record – and plump, healthy grapes.
