Bloody Mary

Watch out! Fire ahead. The Bloody Mary, Queen of all cocktails, brings power and heat to the palate and color to the table with its vibrant red tones. It looks delicate, innocent, even. But the smooth, velvety texture hides a potent spiciness and sharp taste. Once thought of as an evening drink, the Bloody Mary has quickly become the ultimate daytime cocktail. “It is essentially tomato juice after all”, the most virtuous will say. Yet it's a fact: brunch is not brunch without a (heavily) 'spiced' tomato juice.
