Grand Manhattan

The Grand Manhattan seems to be one of the easiest cocktails to make: four ingredients poured into a mixing glass, then strained. Simple. And yet taste-wise, it remains a deeply complex and sophisticated drink. The bitterness of angostura blended with the orange liqueur offers strong flavors that complement the delicate toasted notes of Hennessy V.S.O.P Cognac. It's a powerful cocktail, especially appreciated on a cold winter's evening. A real favorite among those who prefer their drink a little stronger; there are no added extras to dilute the well-balanced aromas of each ingredient - except for the cranberries, of course.
