    Dom Pérignon P2 Blanc 2000

    The year 2000 was generally warm, though cooler-than-average temperatures in the month of July and frequent storms brought significant amounts of rain and hail. The chardonnay (50%) grapes, harvested last, were supple, ample and complex, and the pinot noir (50%) equally so, offering structure and a great length.
