Product DetailsDom Pérignon’s 2005 Rosé, its 25th vintage, is energetic and precise. An 11-year maturation on lees has resulted in a rosé champagne with sophistication and complexity. A bolder, darker expression of the maison’s iconic blanc, this rosé reveals the richness of pinot noir while remaining faithful to the house style. Its bracing vinosity will further develop over time.

Blend and Origin
Dom Pérignon Rosé 2005
This blend of 55% pinot noir (27% red wine) and 45% chardonnay is distinguished by the character of the pinot noir. A year of contrasts, 2005 was hot and dry, but with cool temperatures and rain in September. Especially rigorous grape selection in the maison’s vineyards yielded a limited volume of grapes with exceptional aromatic maturity.
More to try
This rosé will stand up to rich meats
A rich foie gras with figs or blueberries pairs well, as this champagne’s vibrancy will balance the unctuousness of the foie gras.
This vintage is a perfect match with spring lamb, served pink, with fresh herbs or vegetables.
