Blend and Origin
Cloudy Bay Te Koko 2014
True to Marlborough, the soils sourcing the Te Koko 2014 are predominantly comprised of free draining gravels that have a particular affinity for Sauvignon Blanc, producing grapes with high concentration and elegant, pure-fruited aromatics. After gentle pressing and settling for a period of 24 hours, the juice was racked directly to French oak barrels (8% new) where it underwent a slow and steady fermentation.
