Blend and Origin
Chandon California Étoile Rosé Non Vintage
Pinot noir, meunier and chardonnay comprise this sparkling rosé, with pinot noir still wine creating its coloration. Grown in Carneros, on hills sloping towards San Pablo Bay, the grapes are cooled by a maritime breeze, creating an understated power in the wine’s final expression. At least three years of aging on lees – the yeast created during fermentation – adds depth.
