Product DetailsAn American pioneer of the style, Chandon California has created a fruit-driven, full-flavored blanc de noirs that has quickly become one of the domaine’s most popular sparkling wines. Pinot noir and meunier grapes from cool-climate vineyards impart this wine’s intensely ripe fruit flavors, while aging in line with the méthode traditionnelle adds a wondrous complexity.

Blend and Origin
Chandon California Blanc de Noirs Non Vintage
White from black: Dark-skinned pinot noir and meunier grapes from Chandon California’s cool-climate vineyards are gently pressed and blended to create a fruit-filled white sparkling wine with structure and backbone. Winemakers use the méthode traditionnelle to craft this blanc de noirs, which is aged on lees for 15 months to add a warming complexity.
