TASTING NOTES:
The signature of Veuve Clicquot's quality and style
Tiny bubbles permeate the bright, golden-yellow Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label in the glass.
On the nose, aromas of peaches and raisins reflect the grape varietals, while the ageing process results in notes of vanilla and toasted brioche.
Fresh and full-bodied, Yellow Label Brut is well structured, with a robust acidity and a streak of minerality.

BLEND AND ORIGIN:
Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut
This signature champagne gains its structure from the predominant presence of pinot noir (50-55%), roundness from meunier (15-20%) and elegance from chardonnay (28-33%).
The grapes are sourced from 50 to 60 crus, and the blend comprises 25-45% reserve wines that have been aged up to 15 years.

Lively acidity creates a lip-smacking frame for the flavors of Anjou pear, smoke, preserved lemon and white raspberry in this minerally Champagne.

Tasted blind. Pale straw gold. Light, complex nose. Good savour. Some smokiness. Really neat and tight. Lots of potential. Some appley acidity and really clean on the end. Very complex on the end. Full of vitality.

The best-selling Champagne in the U.S. follows the Veuve Clicquot house style of softness and ripeness. It's fruity, with an attractive almond and toast edge that suggests this bottle has seen some age. It's immediately drinkable and fresh with balanced acidity at the end.'
