BLEND AND ORIGIN:
Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé
Madame Clicquot created the first blended rosé champagne – adding red wine to white champagne – in 1818.
Made in the same style, Rich Rosé is 45% pinot noir (16% of which is red wine), 40% meunier and 15% chardonnay.
Added sweetness – a dosage of 60 grams per litre – complements the champagne's icy freshness and heightens the flavours of the ingredients in a cocktail.

Signature Cocktail:
Clicquology
Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé's floral aromas and fruit flavours make it a verstatile main ingredient for cocktails. To experiment with “Clicquology,†place several ice cubes in a large, wide glass. Add ginger or lime for a fresh cocktail, or pineapple for a fruity drink, and top up with chilled champagne. For a sense of refinement, use chilled Earl Grey tea instead of fruit.
