Product Details
Named after the trailblazing Madame Clicquot, La Grande Dame was created to celebrate the maison’s 200th anniversary. The 2006 vintage is an exquisite blend of grand cru grapes. The grape harvest in 2006 defied expectations. Winemakers overcame unfavourable weather conditions to create a vintage with minerality and full-bodied expression in true Veuve Clicquot style. -

Blend and Origin
Veuve Clicquot Vintage La Grande Dame Blanc 2006
An almost equal blend of pinot noir (53%) and chardonnay (47%), the 2006 vintage reflects the turbulent conditions of that year’s growing season. The pinot noir was sourced from the Montagne de Reims villages of Aÿ, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Verzy and Verzenay, while the chardonnay came from the celebrated Côte des Blancs villages of Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
This product can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age.
