Appearance

A warm yellow with deep golden flecks.

Aroma

Rich scents of ripe candied fruits and berry liquor are dominant, with notes of toasted brioche.

Taste

Round and mellow, this champagne achieves a beautiful balance between lively freshness and gentle sweetness. Flavours of ripe and candied fruits are revealed. With age, it will develop richer, toasty praline notes.

BLEND & ORIGIN CHAMPAGNE

BLEND AND ORIGIN:
Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec

Pinot noir (40-45%), meunier (30-35%) and chardonnay (20-25%) are blended from 20-30% reserve wines to ensure the maison's signature style is maintained, with the demi-sec's distinctive fruit flavours coming from meunier.
 

The chef de cave determines the dosage – 45 grams per litre, creating the champagne's sweetness whilst preserving its lively freshness.
