Terrazas de Los Andes Torrontés 2018

In 2018, the high-altitude vines in Argentina’s Cafayate Valley experienced a cold winter, followed by a mild spring with no frost, and a pleasant summer.
 

The torrontés grapes were delicately aromatic, with excellent concentration and freshness, and the wine was aged in stainless-steel tanks, with occasional battonage – stirring of the lees – to encourage a complex texture.
