Product DetailsA slow ripening season in 2014 allowed the grapes to reach their fullest expression, resulting in a beautifully intense cabernet sauvignon with polished tannins and bright acidity. An extensive focus on vineyard management means Terrazas de los Andes wines are distinguished by their complexity, and the smoky, spicy Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 is no exception.

Blend and Origin
Terrazas de los Andes Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
Grapes for the 2014 vintage were harvested from two selected Lujan de Cujo cabernet terroirs – Perdriel and Eugenio Bustos – located in the Uco Valley. Low temperatures during ripening delivered fresh, aromatic grapes with high levels of acidity. The juicy, complex wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months.
This product can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age.
A vintage that meets its match in strong flavours
Try a savoury and delicately presented starter of pan-roasted duck breast dressed in pomegranate molasses on a raw chicory leaf.
Tender and flavourful slow-braised meat dishes such as lamb shank or roast beef complement this wine beautifully.
For dessert, pair with something light yet satisfying, such as a lavender-scented crème brûlée.
