The coastal town of Salcombe in Devon has strong links to maritime history as well as a legacy of craftmanship. It was here that Salcombe Distilling Co. was established, and its first spirit, Start Point Gin, was made.
A number of hand-picked botanicals including Mediterranean lemon, lime and grapefruit peel, Macedonian juniper and English coriander give this London Dry gin a citrus-led flavour. It is distilled using Dartmoor water, which is some of the purest in England and creates an incredibly smooth finish. -

Blend and Origin
Salcome Fruiters were sailing vessels built in the 19th century to transport fresh fruit and spices around the world. It is this rich history that inspired Salcombe Gin's founders to use specially selected fruit and spice botanicals in each bottle of Start Point Gin. Distilled in a 450 L copper still in one of the only distilleries in the world that is directly accessible by boat, each batch of Start Point is crafted here with an uncomprimising approach to quality.
