Blend and Origin
Veuve Clicquot Rosé Brut Non Vintage
Mixing the maison’s original Yellow Label Brut (44-48% pinot noir, 13-18% meunier and 25-29% chardonnay) with red wine from specially selected black grapes (12%) creates a blush-pink and well-balanced rosé. The blend includes 25-45% reserve wines that are as old as 20 years.
This product can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age.
Food pairing:
A modern champagne deserves a contemporary menu
Starter
Veuve Clicquot Rosé works with rich, smoky dishes, executed simply. Start with oak-smoked salmon and zingy pickled cucumber.
Main
The champagne’s intense fruit flavours and slightly biscuity finish will work well with peppery smoked duck breast.
Dessert
The lush and fruity flavours in this blend will stand up to red fruits such as strawberries, cherries and cranberries.
