For this series of limited edition bottled cocktails, we have partnered with Strongman’s Tipple, an award-winning duo creating delicious cocktails out of a Bermondsey-based flavour lab, and four of Europe’s most exciting bartenders. These cocktails have been inspired by the unique style of each bartender, and they have worked with complete freedom to express their creativity.

‘Stone Fruit Spritz’ was developed by Robyn Evans, a New York born bartender, now influencing the London cocktail scene. Robyn told us ‘I wanted to enhance the delicious green apple and floral notes found in Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial, whilst also creating an elegant cocktail which doesn’t overpower the Champagne’
Service: Pour half a bottle into a tall glass filled with cubed ice.
Garnish with a slice of apricot and mint sprig.
