British Chef Jason Atherton honed his skills working alongside some of the world’s best chefs, including Pierre Koffmann, Marco Pierre White and Ferran Adrià, before joining the Gordon Ramsay group in 2001.

Jason struck out on his own in 2010 and a year later opened his flagship restaurant, Pollen Street Social, where he was awarded a Michelin star in its first six months. Social Eating House and City Social followed, along with new concept restaurants around the world.

Chosen as Moët & Chandon’s new UK Ambassador, Jason's acclaimed Social Group restaurants share the core values of innovation and excellence. In other words, it's the perfect pairing, just like this series of champagne-paired dinners.

Jason says: "I am delighted to be working with Moët & Chandon having been a longtime admirer of the brand. The Moët vintage champagnes have such depth of flavour, and each release is so different. I am having a lot of fun matching our menus with the different years.”
