Blend and Origin
Newton Vineyards Single Vineyard Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
The 100% cabernet sauvignon in the 2014 were grown on older vines in shallow soil of volcanic origin, comprising high-drainage, loamy sandstone. While rainfall levels for the year were below average, the warm and dry conditions led to high-quality grapes. The fruits were hand-harvested, and the wine aged for 16 months in 100% French oak barrels, 50% of which were new.
This product can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age.
