Gifting made unique
In 1891 Moët & Chandon became the first champagne house to offer personalisation on its packaging and is now bringing it back for two of its most iconic bottles. Sure to give any celebration a sense of style, Moët Impérial is distinguished by its vibrancy, seductiveness and elegance while Moët Rosé Impérial is supple on the palate – the beautiful, fruity-pink expression of the maison’s style.

Life’s Memorable Moments
History is ripe with special moments celebrated with Moët Impérial from the moment this exceptional brut stepped onto the world stage in 1900 at the Paris World Fair. Moët Impérial first rose onto the sporting stage as a symbol of joyous celebration when in 1967, racing champion Dan Gurney, spontaneously sprayed champagne from the winner’s podium in the small French town of Le Mans, starting a lasting “champagne spray” tradition on the world’s racing podiums. Since 1992, when it first took a front row seat at the Golden Globes Awards, the flagship champagne of Moët & Chandon has celebrated the achievements of Hollywood’s royalty and created memorable cinematographic moments.

A reflection of terroir
The essence of the Champagne region
"Moët & Chandon’s winemakers strive to design Moët Impérial in the image of the Champagne region, honoring the exceptional product of its terroir. As such, Moët Impérial has always been a well-balanced blend that reflects the richness and diversity of the region’s vineyards, with a generous third of Pinot Noir, another of Meunier and a lesser third of Chardonnay, in a dosage limited to 9 grams per liter. Despite the ever-changing flavor of grapes at each harvest, the winemakers of the House design Moët Impérial in a style that consistently blends in three essential elements, namely a bright fruitiness, a seductive palate and an elegant maturity, all distinctive characteristics of the House’s blends."
