Available for a limited time only, from 10 February to 11 March 2018, this is a rare opportunity to discover how exceptional champagne and creative cuisine complement each other so perfectly. Chef Jason Atherton and his team have created unique dishes that all pair brilliantly with three of Moët & Chandon's finest Grand Vintage Rosé champagnes. Your experience will include: 

 
  • An evening at one of Jason Atherton's acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants in central London. Choose from Pollen Street Social, a relaxed fine-dining bistro; the buzzy and vibrant Social Eating House; or the Art Deco-style, sky-high City Social
  • A four-course menu, unique to each restaurant, curated by Jason Atherton and Moët & Chandon's Chef de Cave,  Benoît Gouez

  • Cotswold chicken wing, Jerusalem artichoke velouté, black truffle, with Grand Vintage Rosé 2009 
  • Cornish lobster carpaccio, Oscietra caviar, Granny Smith apple salad, rose water, with Grand Vintage Rosé 2004
  • Highland venison loin, red cabbage, cranberry, fig and venison shoulder wonton, with Grand Vintage Rosé 1990
  • Pink Lady custard, baked apple ice cream, caramel jelly

  • Roast langoustine, poached rhubarb, celery leaf, pink peppercorn, with Grand Vintage Rosé 2009 
  • Tranche de foie gras, golden raisin, pickled Tokyo turnip and Chinese chive, with Grand Vintage Rosé 2004
  • Roast venison loin in smoked butter, spiced braised swede, prune and Pedro Ximénez, roasted red cabbage, with Grand Vintage Collection Rosé 1990 
  • Blackberry, apple and juniper trifle with vanilla, Calvados cream, apple and sorrel granité, apple doughnut
