A collection celebrating character
Light flavours and delicate textures
Complement the controlled power of this vintage with savoury dishes. Try chicken terrine with mangetout, or skate with caper sauce and nasturtium.
Begin with a fresh and light starter of tuna carpaccio, then follow with pigeon breast in a citrussy sauce.
A rich and peppery cacio e pepe pasta is an ideal start, followed by a Caribbean spiced crayfish coconut curry.
