Blend and Origin
Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2012
This vintage was tested, withstanding frost, heavy rain, hail, a cold spell during flowering and periods of scalding heat. Ideal weather in August, paired with a staggered harvest, ensured the grapes – 41% chardonnay, 33% pinot noir and 26% meunier – were sweet, with a notable freshness. The meunier was particularly fine and an essential part of the assemblage.
This product can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age.
Mirror the champagne’s succulent and light nature in your menu with yellowtail carpaccio, or langoustine with chervil as a starter.
For a main course, pair with Norwegian king crab with avocado, or veal with roasted brussels sprouts.
Choose creamy lemon bites with candied pineapple, or meringue shells with grapefruit sorbet.
