Blend and Origin
Moët Grand Vintage Blanc 2006
This blend comprises 42% chardonnay, 39% pinot noir and 19% meunier. The summer of 2006 saw contrasting conditions and a great deal of frost and summer hail, but the hot, dry weather of early September facilitated ripening. The sugar content of the grapes was relatively high, with an acidity level close to the average for the decade and a balance similar to that of 2002.
This product can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age.
More to try
Understated and sophisticated simplicity
Mirror the champagne’s succulent and light nature in your menu with yellowtail carpaccio, or langoustine with chervil as a starter.
For a main course, pair with Norwegian king crab with avocado, or veal with roasted brussels sprouts.
Choose creamy lemon bites with candied pineapple, or meringue shells with grapefruit sorbet.
