To mark International Cocktail Day on May 13th, we have partnered with Mark Tracey, UK Belvedere Brand Ambassador, and Jake O'Brien Murphy, mixologist from the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel, who have created four deliciously easy cocktails to make at home and bring a little sunshine indoors.
Mark Tracey started his career as a bartender in Glasgow in 2003 and took on the role of UK Belvedere Brand Ambassador in 2016. He has since then been awarded the ‘Belvedere Vodka’s Best Ambassador’ Award by the Global Belvedere team, alongside the ‘Belvedere Vodka’s Best Brand Activation’ for the creation of his bartender program ‘Grain to Glass’ which has now been running successfully for 3 years. Jake O'Brien Murphy is a mixologist currently working at the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel. Jake has worked with leading spirits brands on a number of projects including training, cocktail creation and liquid development and is currently a member of the Belvedere Collective, a group of leading global mixologists.

Belvedere Almond Milk Punch
THE STEP BY STEP RECIPE
Shake all ingredients and strain into tall highball glass over ice.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.

40 mL Belvedere
25 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
15 mL Honey Water
60 mL Almond Milk

Ardbeg Shortie's Dirty Daiquiri

Shake all ingredients over ice before straining into a chilled coupe.
INGREDIENTS
50 mL Ardbeg Ten Years Old
20 mL Cloudy Apple Juice
20 mL Fresh Lime Juice
10 mL Vanilla Syrup

Glenmorangie Ginger & Honey Highball
THE STEP BY STEP RECIPE
Mix all ingredients together and serve into a tall highball glass over ice.
Top with soda and garnish with a lemon wedge

50 mL Glenmorangie Original
15 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
15 mL Honey Water
1 cm of raw ginger
Fever Tree Soda

THE STEP BY STEP RECIPE
Pour 50 ml of Hennessy Very Special into a tall glass.
Add ice cubes, top with ginger ale and stir with a bar spoon.
