    Mercier Brut Rosé Non Vintage

A lively and fruity assemblage that is 60-65% pinot noir and 35-35% meunier (15-25% reserve wine), part of this blend is fermented on skins to impart its lovely structure. It spends 18-30 months on lees, with an additional three months’ ageing post-disgorgement to maintain its fresh and light aromas.
