Blend and Origin
Mercier Brut Non Vintage
Mercier Brut is an assemblage of the latest harvest and reserve wines from previous years. It is a fruity blend of 45% pinot noir, 40% meunier and 15% chardonnay, with the addition of 15-25% reserve wine. Maturation for 18-30 months on lees, with an additional three months’ ageing post-disgorgement, adds a nuanced complexity.
This product can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age.
