BLEND & ORIGIN CHAMPAGNE

BLEND AND ORIGIN:
Mercier Brut

Mercier Brut is an assemblage of the latest harvest and reserve wines from previous years.

It is a fruity blend of 45% pinot noir, 40% meunier and 15% chardonnay, with the addition of 15-25% reserve wine.

Maturation for 18-30 months on lees, with an additional three months' ageing post-disgorgement, adds a nuanced complexity.

This champagne is ideal for a wide selection of canapés. Try smoked salmon sprinkled with a dash of lime or foie gras with figs on toast.
