TASTING NOTES:
Fresh and fruity, with a toasty touch
Bright yellow.
On the nose, strong notes of white grapes are mixed with characteristic aromas of fresh bread.
Owing to the high proportion of pinot noir and meunier in the blend, flavours of apples and ripe pears expand in a delightfully fresh finish.

BLEND AND ORIGIN:
Mercier Brut
Mercier Brut is an assemblage of the latest harvest and reserve wines from previous
years.
It is a fruity blend of 45% pinot noir, 40% meunier and 15% chardonnay, with the addition of
15-25% reserve wine.
Maturation for 18-30 months on lees, with an additional three months' ageing post-disgorgement, adds a nuanced complexity.

FOOD PAIRING:
Serve as an apéritif or with light bites
This champagne is ideal for a wide selection of canapés. Try smoked salmon sprinkled with a dash of lime or foie gras with figs on toast.
Enjoy with a classic beef burger, or a deliciously cheesy oyster gratin.
Slices of nutty Comté cheese will complement the bready notes in this champagne.
