There’s a dash of mixology magic in all the best cocktails. And it’s Marie’s so-called ‘magical potion’ which adds the fairy dust to this serve. Easy to make and easy to drink, it’s a twist on the classic whisky highball, with coconut the star of the show.
THE STEP BY STEP RECIPE
- Assemble all the ingredients except the soda water in the base of the shaker.
- Add ice and strain into the other tin and roll the cocktail.
- Pour into the tumbler and add the soda water
- Garnish, and enjoy
INGREDIENTS
- 35mL Glenmorangie Original
- 18mL 'Magical Potion' *
- 15mL Coconut Water Syrup
- 3 Dashes salted water
- Soda water
- Cubed ice
- 75mL sherry wine
- 25mL red aperitif spirit
- 10g Tartaric acid
- Whisk to dissolve and bottle

- Rose petal
