How to shake a cocktail
Who would have thought that shaking a cocktail was similar to practising a martial art? Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to be a star juggler to be a star shaker: it's all in the legs. Place your feet firmly on the ground, relax your shoulders (keep them loose and low) and remember to breathe (but not to the rhythm of the shake!). We recommend you shake for around eight seconds and using homemade ice so that the cocktail doesn't get too watery.
