Lime and orange rind relax into notes of rich, fruity sultanas and dates, finishing with aromas of coconut and nutmeg.
After initial ginger and nutmeg flavours, toasted almonds bring a warming feeling. A lemon meringue and honeycomb middle is followed by a gently spiced backbone.

BLEND AND ORIGIN:
Glenmorangie The Nectar d'Or
The creation of Nectar d'Or involves a 10-year maturation period in American white-oak casks.
From here, the blend is moved over to hand-selected wine barriques from Sauternes for two years of extra-maturation, where it is infused with rich, spicy and pastry-like flavours.
As a finishing touch, the whisky is non-chill filtered to develop additional character and mouthfeel.

Signature Cocktail:
Hennessy Caipirinha
- 40 mL Hennessy VS cognac
- ½ a lime quartered
- 15 mL simple syrup or a spoonful of sugar with a splash of soda water
- Garnish: orange twist
Place 4 slices of lime in the bottom of an old fashioned/rocks glass and muddle to extract all juice and essential oils.
Add all other liquids with ice and stir to mix all ingredients together.
Garnish with an orange twist.
