Veuve Clicquot Rich
Veuve Clicquot Rich is a playful, sweet champagne, designed expressly for mixology. Customise a cocktail by adding pineapple, grapefruit zest, cucumber, celery, peppers or tea, and serving on ice.
This champagne has been created especially for cocktails. To experiment with “Clicquology,” place a few ice cubes in a large glass and add one of the following ingredients: pineapple, grapefruit zest, cucumber, celery, peppers or tea. Top up with chilled champagne and enjoy.
Glenmorangie Nectar d'Or
Deriving its name from the Gaelic word for “gold” and extra-matured in French barriques from Sauternes, the single-malt Nectar d’Or is a 12-year-old whisky of honeyed indulgence.
- 50 mL Glenmorangie Nectar d'Or whisky
- 10 mL burnt Applewood syrup
- 2 dashes of Peyshaud’s bitters
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Pinch of sea salt
Stir with lots of ice for around 5 minutes. Pour into a chilled rocks glass, over cubed ice.
Add a slice of apple peel and garnish of pine leaf.

- 60 mL Belvedere
- 10 mL Dolin Dry vermouth
- Grapefruit zest
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir over ice until very cold.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.
