TASTING NOTES:
Elegant and luxurious
Green notes – eucalyptus, mint and vetiver – combine with yellow-orange notes of mirabelle plums, apricots and orange blossom, along with pepper, cardamom and liquorice and ending with saline and toasty notes.
The mouthfeel is elegant, refined, silky and luxuriously simple, while the finish is dominated by a deep salinity.

Cellar Master, Dom Pérignon

BLEND AND ORIGIN:
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013
The 2013 winemaking year proved a welcome reconnection with the glorious past of late-harvest vintages.
After a cold, wet winter, spring was grey, quite cool and extremely rainy.
The hot and dry summer that followed – the sunniest on record in the Champagne region – benefited the quality of the grapes.
The resulting harvest of restrained pinot noirs from the Montagne de Reims and splendid, elegant chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs has been expertly blended to elevate the grapes' different characters and strike the optimum balance of full-bodied flavours and acidity.
