TASTING NOTES:
An exploration of ripeness
Golden straw with a fine stream of bubbles.
Notes of guava and grapefruit zest combine with white peach and nectarine. As this champagne opens up, the nose takes on a vanilla and toasted brioche warmth.
On the palate, the champagne is fleshy and deep, with a beautiful balance of the intriguing flavours typical of Dom Pérignon.

Cellar Master, Dom Pérignon

BLEND AND ORIGIN:
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2010
There's no denying that this year in the Champagne region was a challenge.
It experienced the lowest temperatures since 1996, and winter frosts and a dry summer were followed by intense rainfall – the equivalent of two months worth in just two days.
Despite these difficulties, the grapes had an elevated sweetness, and came into the vineyard in excellent condition.
