Product DetailsThis vintage, notable for its minerality, impresses with its rich bouquet and power. Weather conditions in 2005 were full of contrasts, and yields were limited, making this champagne a true rarity. Structure and texture seamlessly merge in this strong and characterful champagne. After nine years in the cellar, the champagne reached its first plénitude – or optimum expression.

Blend and Origin
Dom Pérignon Blanc 2005
The chardonnay (50%) in this perfectly balanced blend was harvested three days before the pinot noir (50%). The challenging nature of 2005, with an unusually hot and dry August, then cool temperatures and abundant rain in September, required extreme precision in the vineyards, resulting in a limited volume of grapes with a unique aromatic profile.
This product can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age.
More to try
A perfect accompaniment to seafood
Creamy lobster bisque brings out the fruitiness of the champagne, while clams fresh from the sea match its traces of iodine.
For a heavenly match, marry this champagne with grilled Atlantic cod, or serve it with a decadent lobster thermidor.
