Blend and Origin
Dom Pérignon Blanc 2005
The chardonnay (50%) in this perfectly balanced blend was harvested three days before the pinot noir (50%). The challenging nature of 2005, with an unusually hot and dry August, then cool temperatures and abundant rain in September, required extreme precision in the vineyards, resulting in a limited volume of grapes with a unique aromatic profile.
This product can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age.
