An elegant assemblage with a firm, silky structure and appealing salinity. Fruity, floral and spicy, this rosé champagne has an underlying freshness and acidity that gives it a compelling vibrancy.
The radiant pinot noir grape gives Dom Pérignon rosé its rich, fruity tones and magnetic energy. After a less-than-promising start, 2008 yielded wonderfully mature, well-rounded fruit.

TASTING NOTES:
Fruity, structured and full-bodied.

Aroma

A bouquet of raspberries and wild strawberries to start, joined quickly by powdery and persistent notes of iris and violet. Leafy-green nuances follow – privet, angelica and camphor.

Taste

An acidic foundation – the signature of the vintage – articulates the structure of the pinot noir. Full-bodied and silky, the flavours grow bolder, softened by a sweet, floral and peppery finish.

Their maturity surpassed all expectations, revealing exceptional high-toned balance, with fruit in impeccable health.
