Blend and Origin
Dom Pérignon Rosé 2004
Made from 15% pinot noir (red wine) and 85% chardonnay, the 2004 vintage benefited from stable conditions during the growing season. Grapes developed steadily, and the dry heat of the final weeks of the season completed the vintage and allowed for a harvest of mature fruit. Ageing for 10 years created multiple layers of aromas and flavours.
This product can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age.
More to try
From the ocean or from the land
This vintage works particularly well with shellfish, so be bold with food pairings and opt for a crab salad to start. Caviar or foie gras also pair perfectly.
Grilled lobster is the ideal main to serve with Rosé 2004, or try roasted lamb.
Showcase this blend’s red fruit flavours by pairing it with a dessert full of fresh strawberries.
