Dom Pérignon champagnes, left to rest sur lie, evolve through a series of plénitudes – stages of new expression. This trilogy celebrates three vintages that have reached their second plénitude.

In the P2 Trilogy Gift Set, the classicisms of Dom Pérignon – dark, mineral and spicy – are magnified. Comprising vintages from 1998, 1999 and 2000, this is a truly iconic assemblage.

  • Blend and Origin

Dom Pérignon P2 Trilogy Gift Set

    P2 Vintage 1998- 12.5%:

The harvest in 1998 was delayed, with the grapes used in this equal blend of pinot noir and chardonnay ultimately ripe and healthy.

    P2 Vintage 1999 - 12.5%:

Above-average temperatures in 1999 delivered superbly ripe fruit with strength and body.

    P2 Vintage 2000 - 12.5%:

The chardonnay grapes in this vintage, harvested last, were supple, ample and complex, and the pinot noir equally so, offering structure and great length.

Food pairing:
Choose bolder flavours

P2 Vintage 1998:

Balance this champagne’s smokiness with Eastern flavours, such as browned guinea fowl in a red Thai curry sauce, or langoustines on a bed of shredded papaya salad.

P2 Vintage 1999:

Seabass served with a shellfish bisque pairs well with the saline notes of this vintage.

P2 Vintage 2000:

To match this champagne’s high minerality, pair it with a grilled steak topped with ceps or a black truffle sauce.
