This summer, Dorchester Collection’s Michelin-starred country house hotel, Coworth Park launches an al fresco summer dining concept in a special collaboration with Dom Pérignon.
Executive chef Adam Smith will welcome guests to ‘Dining Under The Stars’, an exclusive pop-up private dining concept nestled within Coworth Park’s Lime Grove. Guests will dine under a starry night’s sky within a specially created geodesic dome, where a carefully curated menu perfectly pairs with the hand-picked selection of Dom Pérignon expressions including: Dom Pérignon Plénitude 2, Dom Pérignon Vintage Blanc and Rosé.
The dinner menu packages will excite and inspire taste buds with a range of 3 to 5 delectable courses. All menus are named after and inspired by constellations to give a nod to the beautiful remote setting of Coworth Park, and a telescope will be available to further explore the galaxy throughout the evening.
The dinner menu will include British dishes such as: Cornish Crab with Tomato, Avocado and Miso; Kentish Lamb Kebab with Buttermilk, Salted Cucumber and Mint; BBQ Veal Cutlet with Garden Salad, Pickled Tongue, and Truffle; and Kentish Mango & Coconut Sorbet with Lime and Chocolate Mint.
This experience includes a choice of 3 to 5 courses dinner menu paired with Dom Pérignon champagnes for 6 people to enjoy in the geodesic Dom Pérignon dome at Coworth Park. The price of the 3 courses menu package (Coma Berenices) for 6 people is £1,200; the price of the 4 courses menu package (Equuleus) for 6 people is £1,650; and the price of the 5 courses menu package (Libra) for 6 people is £2,100.
