For your next weekend in, try this spin on the classic negroni with rum instead of gin and a touch of coffee. Eminente Reserva 7 Years possesses the aesthetics of a traditional Cuban light rum but with the complexity and depth of a very old one, making it the perfect pair for coffee in this cocktail.


THE STEP BY STEP RECIPE
Put all ingredients in a French press and let it steep for 10-15 minutes depending on the desired intensity of the coffee.
Filter the liquid with the French press and then fill it into the desired bottle.
The Coffee Negroni will keep in the refrigerator for about 2-3 weeks.
For a single cocktail, put 9 cl in a tumbler and stir on ice cubes.
Garnish with an orange zest.
